Надішліть листа на радіо «Свободу» що розповсюдило відверті антиукраїські повідомлення на замовлен

Зараз нiкого не дивує вiдверта та брехлива антиукраїнська пропаганда в росiйськiй пресi. Однак обурює те, що до цiєї пропаганди прилучилася єдина до останнього часу демократична радiостанцiя в РФ — росiйська редакцiя «Радiо Свобода», яка, до речi, фiнансується урядом Сполучених Штатiв. Останньою краплею, яка переповнила чашу терпiння, стали їхнi вчорашнi брехливi репортажi про «масовi побоїща» в Києвi на заходах з вшанування УПА. В результатi, учасник форуму «Альянсу Майдан» пiд нiком «Хвiзик» пiдготував текст звернення англiйською мовою до керiвництва «Радiо Свобода» з цього приводу.

Схоже на російській службі «Радiо Свобода» завелася своя ганна герман...

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter in a deep concern about the quality of the news reports of the Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty Russian Service. In particualr, I am concerned with the news reports that they send from Ukraine.

With deep regret I have to inform you that this radiostation very often transmits desinformation about the events occurring in Ukraine. Note, this desinformation almost always coincides with Kremlin propaganda. The most ridiculous thing is that the radiostation is sponsored by the US Congress!

Let me take for example just one day, October 14, 2006. For many Ukrainians this is a special day of the Protection of Holy Virgin Mary. According to the legend, many years ago on this very day Holy Virgin protected our army from much stronger enemy by covering them with snow. Consequently, many Ukrainians who have something in common with military service (current of former soldiers, officers, etc.) consider this day as they professional holiday. For Ukrainians, who served in the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, the army that appeared in the flame of the World War II to fight against both Hitler and Stalin for freedom for ukrainian people, this day is of especial importance, because on this day they also celebrate the birthday of their Army.

On October 14, 2006 the former warriers of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army decided to march through our capital, Kyiv. Of course, communists and KGB butchers did not like this idea and decided to resist it. Supported by Moskow Kremlin, headed by the KGB hangman and master of political provocation Vladimir Putin, they decided to set up a number of loud provocations (in the form of street fights) to compromise the Ukrainian Insurgent Army soldiers and their supporters. Thanks to the police, they were not able to implement any of their plans and the day passed peacefully.

However, what do I hear on the news reports of the Radio Liberty Russian service? I have listened their news reports at 3, 4, 5 and 6 pm (Ukrainian time). In this news reports, I was informed or, rather, des-informed in the following lies:
1. about many tens of arrested by police
2. about a number of people hospitalized with serious injuries
3. about fascists from the Ukrainian Insurgent Army
4. about fierce street fights
5. yet, in these news reports the Radio Liberty interviewed two anti-Ukrainian pro-Moskow polititians and did not even try to present ukrainian point of view on the events!

I am writing this letter not because I just want to complain on the unfair behavior of the Radio Liberty, who are betraying the main principles of free journalism, but because I am very concerned with the development of the current situation in my country. I want my country to become free and democratic and it is very important that all its citisens, not only etnic Ukrainians, but also etnic Russians (many of whom do listen to the Radio Liberty Russian Service), were able to get access to the honest and true information about events in the Ukrainian life.

А теперь к событиям в Киеве
В столице Украины задержаны десятки активистов Прогрессивной социалистической партии Украины, об этом заявил один из лидеров партии. Представители Евразийского союза моложежи также сообщают о задержанных и пострадавших в стычках с милицией. Говорит лидер Крымского отделения союза Константин Кнырик:
«Идут жесткие столкновения активистов Евразийского союза молодежи с правоохранительными органами. Около 4х-5ти человек активистов в связи с тем находятся в больнице в тяжелом состоянии с черепно-мозговыми травмами, с травмами живота. У одного активиста внутреннее кровоизлияние желудка. Лично мне было сломано 2 ребра в одном из столкновений.» — говорил Константин Кнырик.
Корреспондент радио Свобода в Киеве пока не подтверждает данную информацию.

Сегодня, в 64ую годовщину создания Украинской Повстанческой Армии, в Киеве проходит несанкционированный митинг сторонников и противников реабилитации ветеранов-бандеровцев. Несколько тысяч милиционеров блокируют Крещатик, чтобы не допустить столкновений между националистами и представителями левых сил.
